Segmentation Successes Report

A digital copy of a report by SECC that was commissioned to understand the segmentation approaches employed by utilities in the U.S. and the business results they have been able to achieve. Traditionally, utilities have not applied segmentation to their customers beyond rate class. That has begun to change, and this report seeks to show the successes that have accrued to utilities that are using attitudinal and behavioral segmentation to better communicate with their customers.
